Ann Frerotte
Ann is a relationship mediator, transition coach, and behavioral health therapist with roots in nursing and clinical practice. She works with couples, families, and workplace teams navigating conflict, disconnection, and difficult transitions — bringing clinical precision and deep humanity to every space she enters. Her approach creates conditions where people feel safe enough to be honest and heard enough to motivate change. Grounded and direct, Ann’s work is guided by the belief that conflict, no matter how entrenched, contains the seeds of resolution.
Ann is a registered nurse and licensed clinical social worker who holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Social Work, both from the University of Pittsburgh. Her most recent clinical experience includes working with Allegheny Health Network’s Women’s Behavioral Health program, where she focused on perinatal and postpartum care and reproductive health, alongside launching her own behavioral health private practice.
Ann and her husband Gus have settled in the Pittsburgh area after twenty years of moving across the country for his work. She spends her time with Gus, her children and their partners, and her dogs — all of whom, she’ll tell you, are her greatest teachers in growth, curiosity, and levity.
