Meghan A. Gorman, Esq.
Meghan Gorman, Esq. is a conflict resolution professional, attorney, and trainer who works with organizations to address workplace conflict with clarity, fairness, and skill. Her work centers on organizational and workplace conflict, including mediation, conflict coaching, investigations, and conflict competency training for leaders and teams.
Meghan began her career as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army, where she advised leaders and supported individuals in complex, high-stakes environments. She later held legal and human resources roles at the University of Southern California, the University of Pittsburgh, and Carnegie Mellon University, as well as in the financial sector at PNC. Across these settings, she advised and supported employees, faculty, and leaders at every level, navigating sensitive workplace concerns and organizational conflict with discretion and care.
In addition to her consulting and mediation work, Meghan is a dynamic and engaging trainer known for translating complex conflict concepts into practical, usable skills. She designs and delivers interactive trainings on conflict competency, communication, workplace investigations, and organizational culture, helping participants build confidence and effectiveness in navigating difficult conversations and situations at work.
Meghan’s approach is informed by legal and HR expertise but grounded in a human-centered perspective. She helps organizations address conflict directly, strengthen trust, and respond in ways that reinforce accountability while supporting healthy workplace relationships.
Meghan lives in the Pittsburgh area with her husband, their three young daughters, and their beloved dog. When she is not working with organizations on conflict, she can often be found navigating complex negotiations at home involving bedtime, fairness, and whose turn it is to feed the dog.
